COVID-19 pandemic has not only caused an unexpected global crisis, but also serious social and economic disruption.
Consequently it has led worldwide, as well as in our country, to the postponement or cancellation of scientific events and seminars. However, some of them are held in the form of webinars.
Such was the 40th Panhellenic Gastroenterological Webinar (Conference) which was held from Thursday 3/12 to Sunday 6/12. The topics of concern were Lectures, discussions of clinical cases, video cases with interesting endoscopic procedures, presentations of new guidelines, as well as nursing, surgery and diet seminars.
Additionally, the post-training seminar of the Education Committee of the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology, oral announcements and finally, satellite lectures and round tables took place during the time period of the 40th Gastroenterological webinar.
By participating in the 40th Panhellenic Gastroenterological Conference, IASIS PHARMA supported the effort of the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology (HSG).
